Shipping Policy

Canadian shipping rates are based on current Canada Post rates We do not ship outside of Canada. All products ship within 24 hours, on the next business day. To have a product shipped on the same business day a phone call must be made ((604) 988.6070 Vancouver area, or 1 (877) 388-6070 toll-free) and the order placed by 12:00PM PT if not the shipping does not begin until the following day. Example: a “next day” order that is placed Monday night will ship Tuesday and be delivered on Wednesday. All orders are sent “No Signature Required” and will be left at your door by your Canada Post delivery person. If you want the order sent “signature required”, please contact us right away because the product will ship within 24 hours.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for exchange with another product, an additional shipping fee (current Canada Post shipping cost) will be charged or returns may be re-stocked, a re-stocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price will be deducted. All exchanges and re-stocks must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

There are no returns accepted for the 40lb contractor size buckets, 5 gallon containers or multiple gallon or multiple (more than one) LB bottles, If you are concerned with the effectiveness of the product, try a smaller size or single gallon first.

There are no returns for colour sealers (deck and cedar) of any size.

Do not send open bottles of liquid back to Wash Safe Canada. If you have a return of a liquid product, please use our Contact Us page to contact us and include you reason for return.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be returned in form of a company cheque. Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase only. Product must be in same condition, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled penalty-free if canceled prior to shipping. Most products ship within 24 hours of being placed.
